While our preferred vendors are Bay Area based, they’re able to work with us across California. For events beyond the Golden State, reach out!

They take the responsibilities off your plate, execute back end logistics, and maintain your budget, all while keeping your vision top of mind. An event planner is a trained professional with years of experience and knowledge that the average person does not have. 

Is my project too big/small?

Whether you’re dreaming big or just need something taken care of quickly, we’d love to talk about projects of any scope. We do focus on events under 100 people to ensure a more intimate experience.

How experienced are we?

The Spruce Edit founder Caitlyn Cuadra has a degree in hospitality and business management. She has over six years of experience in planning and catering major events.

They have fresh eyes and unexpected ideas. They are more likely to make sure your new gorgeous space is actually functional and they avoid costly mistakes and save you money. 

Where are we located?

We’re based in the Bay Area, but can travel to you or provide remote consultations — whatever works for you, wherever you are.

How do you charge for services?

 The Spruce Edit service fees vary on the depth of the event and project. Project based services are on an hourly rate vs events are predetermined costs per package. 

How many people work for The Spruce Edit?

Officially we are a team of 1 with many vendors on hand. You will always be in contact with Caitlyn and she will be present for all your project/event needs.
